Healthy and Nutritious Food


Food is usually derived from animals or plants, eaten by a living creature to provide energy and nutrients. Eating nutritious foods will help people, both brain and body. Each food has different nutrients. Protein, carbohydrates, and fats is one example of nutrition to be obtained from food.
Each type of nutrient has a different function. Carbohydrates are a source of power daily. One example of carbohydrate-containing foods is rice. Protein is used by the body to help growth, both brain and body. Fat used by the body as food and as a backup energy reserves. Fat will be used when the body lacks carbohydrates, and fat will break down into glucose which is very useful for the body when needed energy.

So that our lives are always healthy, we should be selective in sorting and selecting food. We should choose foods that contain good nutrients, such as:

  • Apple, Apples are one source of anti-oxidants to fight free radicals. Besides apples are also useful for generating nasty substances that exist in the body that lead to premature aging as well as the source statement,.
  • Greens, Based on research conducted by experts showed that green vegetables, such as spinach and kale. If you frequently consume green vegetables can significantly lower the person's risk of type 2 diabetes. Besides vitamins and other nutrients in the vegetables very well

It is an example of some of the food that has a pretty good nutrition for a healthy body.

So, I think we must take care of our bodies by eating healthy foods and foods that have good nutrition for a healthy body. We must be clever in choosing what food would we eat, not to choose healthy foods tidah because it will damage the body and cause disease when we consume them. In the foods we should choose to either keep the body healthy.
